		<description>I'm a firm believer in these small tactics: especially the no sugar in coffee. I don't even miss it anymore. Also, I find healthy snacking in between meals (a handful of almonds, 1/2 apple, 1 Wasa multigrain crispbread or 1/3 c. lowfat cottage cheese) helps the self-restraint in check.</description>
